Boys cotton crochet sun hat

I really enjoyed making this sun hat. It is made from 100% cotton. I made this pattern up as I went along, I am thrilled with the way it turned out. It came out perfect and just how I visualised it. Its made using single crochet and double crochet (american terms). It reminds me of a fisherman's  style sun hat. It is traditional style. I love the colours. My son loves his new sun hat as do I.
